We intentionally keep the Hamshaw team small so that you are not wasting money paying high fees to cover the costs of people that you do not need.

We will add lawyers to the team, or remove them from the team, when necessary to suit the requirements of your case. This will ensure that you always get the best help in a cost-efficient way.

    Partner

    Daniel is a Barrister, and a Solicitor, in England and Wales. He is also a (part-time) Judge.

    As well as a first-class undergraduate law degree, he has a postgraduate construction engineering degree from Cambridge University.

    Daniel has spent the last 16 years helping people successfully resolve significant construction, engineering, and property-related disputes. He has experience of everything from small residential projects to multi-billion pound government projects.

    After training at Keating Chambers, he initially worked at White & Case LLP - an award-winning global law firm - before moving on to a top barristers’ chambers.

    Sarah Kelly

    Partner

    Sarah is a Solicitor in England and Wales, and Ireland, and is also an Attorney in NY, USA.

    As well as an undergraduate degree in law, she has a postgraduate degree in law from Trinity College Dublin.

    Sarah worked at White & Case LLP - a top-ranked global law firm - for almost a decade, helping people to resolve very high-value and complex disputes involving multiple parties and projects of national and international significance such as motorways and airports.

    Sarah has experience of starting and running successful businesses, and so understands the challenges our clients face on a daily basis.
