Advice
Most of the time, you will not need help running your business, or making decisions in your daily life, but if someting unexpected happens we can offer advice that will help protect you legally. It could be just a sense check over the phone, or something more formal in writing.
Writing Letters/Emails
Not everyone is good at writing, but we are. We can write letters/emails for you (e.g. chasing unpaid debts, for which we offer a fixed fee), ensuring that you do and say the right things to protect your interests.
Preparing Documents
More often than not, it is a good idea to write things down. We can prepare contracts, and other formal legal documents, or review documents prepared by others, to help ensure that they contain everything that you want them to, and are legally valid and enforceable. We have experience of all major standard form contracts, including the various JCT contracts.
Representation
You cannot simply press pause when a legal issue arises. We can represent you and deal with other parties on your behalf, allowing you to focus on running your business, or living your life.
